Software for dance schools Classes by level, term passes and rehearsals for your dance school.
Each term timetable has an end date, and each plan covers its own course. Extra rehearsals and the show go on the calendar without touching the rest.
Lite is free up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit. Pro comes with a 14-day trial, also with no card.

- weeks until Christmas
13
The timetable has a start and an end date, and classes stop after the last week.
- levels in one room
7
Each level is a class type, with its own time slot, capacity and plan.
- extra rehearsals in May
9
They go on the calendar as one-off classes, and the term timetable stays untouched.
Set up the term once. With the date it ends.
A timetable with an end date
You set the day, time, capacity, start date and end date. Weeks are generated up to that date and stop. January gets a second timetable, once you know who has moved up.
Each plan covers its own course
Each plan lists the class types it includes. A student on the beginners’ plan cannot book the advanced class: the booking is declined straight away.
A term pass is a pack with an expiry
A number of classes and an expiry in days. The balance adds up every entry: bought thirteen, used one, got one back for cancelling in time.
Extra rehearsals without touching the timetable
A one-off class goes straight onto the calendar, on the day and time you choose. If it moves or is cancelled, everyone booked is notified.
Your first week. About 12 minutes.
These are steps from the setup list your dashboard shows once the space exists. The times are the ones the app shows.
Start with your space set up
On an empty space, one button on the dashboard creates this. You can edit or delete all of it.
For this kind of space, the button does not create classes yet. You add your own in the class types step.
Sample plans: Unlimited membership (€55), 3 classes a week (€45) and 10-class pack (€70, 90 days).
Create one class type per level
2 minBeginners, level 1, level 2, each with its own capacity.
Set up the term
5 minA timetable with a start and an end date. In January you set up the next one, with everyone who moved up.
Create the term pass
3 minA pack with the term’s classes and an expiry in days. Each plan covers only its own course.
Decide how students join
2 minBy invitation, by link or with open sign-up. Every student with an account needs their own email.
How you sell. And how you get paid.
On Pro, members pay by card or SEPA Direct Debit. The money goes into your own account, and Rummo charges no commission.
On Lite, you record payments by hand on each member’s file.
Term passeson paid plans
Thirteen classes and an expiry in days. The balance shows how many are left, and where each entry came from.
A membership per courseon paid plans
A plan that includes only that course’s classes, renewing every month.
The end-of-year showon paid plans
An event with a price and a capacity, with tickets bought on your space’s page.
Workshops with guest teachers
A workshop gets its own page, capacity and sign-up. Visitors do not become students.
What exists today, and what does not yet.
Everything above works today. These things do not, yet.
Enrolling for a whole term
Bookings are made class by class. What you assign once is the pass, and the school can book for each student.
Family accounts
Each account belongs to one person, with their own email. A parent with two children needs two addresses, or the school books for them.
Numbered tickets for the show
Tickets are unnumbered. Entry is first come, first served.
Invoices to your members(coming soon)
Each payment is recorded, but invoices are not issued here yet. You invoice from your own accounting software.
The app in English
The app itself is in Portuguese for now. This website is in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Your school opens on Lite, and moves to Pro with term passes.
Timetables with an end date, capacity, the calendar, attendance and one-off classes are on Lite, free up to 10 active members. Pro adds term passes, plans per course, paid tickets and online payments.
Lite
€0
Up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit.
Pro
from€29
A month + VAT, up to 30 active members. The price goes up in tiers, and your tier changes when you change it. While founding places last, it costs from €19 for the first 6 months.
To move up, the owner starts a 14-day Pro trial from Settings. A card is only needed before the trial ends. Pro also brings the AI agent, which answers questions about your space and proposes what to do.
