What does it cost?
Lite is free up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit. Pro starts at €29 a month + VAT and scales with active members. It comes with a 14-day trial, no card needed. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Rummo runs in the browser, on a computer and on a phone. Members add the app to their home screen, with no app store involved.
Can I set everything up before I open?
Yes. Lite has no time limit, and your timetable starts on the date you choose. On an empty space, one button creates the usual classes for your discipline and three sample plans.
How do I bring in the members I already have?
From an Excel sheet or a CSV, in three steps. Columns are recognised on their own, and you see every row before saving. The page on switching software covers the rest.
Is there any AI?
There is the agent, on Pro and Max. It answers questions about your space and proposes actions that only run when you press Confirm. Nothing from your space reaches it before the owner turns it on.
Does payment money pass through Rummo?
No. On Pro, you connect your space’s payout account to the payment processor, and the money goes straight into it. Rummo adds no commission.
If I stop using it, do I keep my data?
Yes. You can export your members as CSV whenever you like. There is no minimum term holding you in.
Is the app available in English?
Not yet. The app is in Portuguese for now, and this website is in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Classes and bookings work the same across the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, and payments in the app work across the eurozone.
