How it works

From the first class to a published quarter.
In an afternoon.

  1. Create your class types

WOD, Foundations, Reformer, Open Box. Each type has its own capacity, and every session inherits it. On an empty space, one button creates the usual ones for your discipline.

  2. Write your standard week

Pick the class, the days and the time. Add the next time slot in the same step, and save them all at once. Twelve weeks always stay published ahead.

  3. Set your booking rules

When booking opens and closes, the cancellation window, and how many future bookings each person can hold. They apply across the space.

  4. Change only what changes

Changing a timetable’s time moves the future classes nobody edited by hand. Cancelling a class notifies everyone booked. Past classes never change.

In your week

You already do this.
Here it is the same work, in one place.

A timetable barely changes week to week. Here, you only write what changes.

  • Publishing next week

Without a systemClasses are opened one by one, or last week is copied.

In RummoTwelve weeks are always published ahead, from your standard week.

  • Moving a class time

Without a systemThe timetable image changes, and the old one keeps circulating.

In RummoYou change it once on the timetable, and future classes follow.

  • Knowing who coaches each class

Without a systemAgreed by message, and checked by scrolling back.

In RummoThe coach is on the class, and each coach sees their own.

  • Closing for a holiday

Without a systemA sign on the door and a group message.

In RummoMark the closed day and the timetable stops generating classes on it. The announcement is written once and goes out in the app and by email.

With the agent

Or ask the agent.
It answers with your space’s numbers.

It comes on Pro and Max. Whatever it proposes only runs when you press Confirm.

  • “Which time slots are the quietest?”

Occupancy for each time slot over the last few weeks, from emptiest to fullest. With the waitlist and the show-up rate.

  • “Are there classes with a waitlist?”

Classes in the next fourteen days with people waiting, with capacity and bookings.

  • ProposesCancel a classThe same as Remove in the calendar. Everyone booked is notified, and pack classes go back to their balance.

Limits

What this part does not do

When a limit is lifted, it comes off this list.

  • Weekly recurrence

Each timetable entry is one weekday and one time. A fortnightly class is set up as one-off classes.

  • Closed days and classes already generated

A closed day stops new classes being created on it. Classes already generated are cancelled separately, and anyone booked is notified.

  • Time changes are not announced

Editing the timetable moves future classes, but does not notify people who booked. Send an announcement for that.

  • Several locations in one account(coming soon)

Today, each space has its own timetable and its own account.

Questions about scheduling

Which plan is Scheduling on, and what does it cost?
Every plan, including Lite, which is free up to 10 active members, with no card and no time limit. Beyond that, Pro starts at €29 a month + VAT.
Can I start on Lite and move to Pro later?
Yes, and nothing is lost. The owner starts a 14-day Pro trial from the Plan tab in Settings. Paid features switch on straight away, and a card is only needed before the 14 days are up.
Does changing a class time break existing bookings?
Future classes move to the new time, and their bookings move with them. Past classes never change. People who booked find out through an announcement.
What about a summer break?
Mark the closed days in one go. The timetable is not deleted, and it is still there when you reopen. Classes already generated are cancelled separately.
Can members see the workout before class?
Yes. The workout is attached to the class. You choose whether it shows at all times or a set number of hours before. Staff always see it.
Can coaches take attendance on a phone?
Yes, in Class mode. Who has arrived, the session plan in blocks and the results are on one screen.
Can I build the timetable before I open?
Yes. The timetable starts on the date you choose, and bookings open when you are ready.
