Questions before you pay
How much does Rummo cost?
Lite is free up to 10 active members. Pro costs €29 to €149 a month + VAT, depending on active members. Max has unlimited members and custom pricing. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
Do I need to pay to try it?
No. Pro comes with a 14-day trial, no card needed. Lite has no time limit. Max comes with 21 days, arranged with us.
What happens after the 14 days?
To stay on Pro, you save a card in your space settings. If you save it during the trial, the first charge is on the day it ends. Without a card, nothing is charged.
What counts as an active member?
Anyone with a plan, pack or membership that lets them book in the current month. Leads, archived members and staff do not count. Paused members still count.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move from Lite to Pro yourself, in your space's settings. If you haven't tried Pro yet, you start with the 14-day trial. To move down or to Max, write to us. Your tier never changes on its own, up or down.
What happens if I go over my member limit?
Nothing stops working, and your price stays the same. The app lets you know as you near the limit, and moving up a tier is your call.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Processing fees are charged by the payment processor, where your business opens its payout account. Rummo adds no per-transaction fee. You can take payments before the account setup is complete. The processor holds the money until it is.
Can I bring my data?
Yes, by CSV: name, contact details, dates and each person's plan, with its start, end and classes left. A plan is matched when its name is the same as one of your plans. On Pro, similar names are matched too, and you confirm them before import. Attendance and payment history is not imported, so keep your old system for reference. Results stay in the space where they were logged.
I am about to open. Which plan should I start on?
Pro, if you want to collect memberships online from day one. It comes with a 14-day trial, no card needed. Lite works while you have up to 10 active members and record payments by hand.
How many coaches can I have?
As many as you need, on every plan. Staff do not count towards your tier and there is no per-coach fee. Each coach has their own login and sees what their role allows.
Does it invoice my members?
No. Each payment is recorded in Rummo with the amount and date, and you invoice members from your own accounting software.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The web app is added to the home screen from your space’s address and works offline for the essentials. Once installed it is called Rummo. There is no app-store app under your space’s name.
