HYROX and hybrid training

Base, build, peak and taper are four timetables, each set up once.

Pilates

Capacity is set once on the class type and applies to every session, including privates. A private is simply a one-spot class.

Yoga

Classes of different lengths share one timetable, and Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin are ready from setup.

Small-group training

With six spots a class, every spot counts. Capacity can be as low as 1, and it is never exceeded.

Gym

Two operations in one building: the gym floor, open all day, and classes with limited spots.

Martial arts

Set up the school year in one go. Every timetable has a start and an end date, and in June it stops on its own.

Dance

A course timetable is set up once and generates every week until the end of term.

Running clubs

Setup includes the group run, intervals and the long run, with capacities sized for running groups.
